A beautifully designed hotel in a perfect setting with lots of little extras...

the twin room was spotless and outstanding, with central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television. the beds with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located near Termini station, making it easy to explore the city and also ensuring a hassle-free journey to and from the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing valuable information about the city and recommendations for dining options. The rooms are clean, modern, and equipped with comfortable beds, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options, including pastries, bread, and deli meats, providing a satisfying start to the day.

The staff is affable here, the services are NICE, and location is favourable very close to a quite area with a walking distance from the colosseum, and Manzoni metro station. Overall the room is spotless, outstanding and includes central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television. We usually stay at this hip new hotel and will choose the place for future trips.

Marvellous location near the train station, and the rooms were warm and good-sized. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The breakfast was delicious and very generous. They had fresh prosciutto and cheese and cut them right in front of us. The coffee was great and they were happy to offer different options. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and a tram stop, which makes it easy to move around the city. The room was also very comfy and tidy.

There was no possibility for a late check-out, which was a bit inconvenient as our flight was in the late afternoon. The noise from the street was a bit bothersome at night, but it wasn't too bad.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the comfortable rooms with very comfortable beds. The attention to detail is evident in the separate WiFi for every floor, ensuring fast and efficient connectivity. Additionally, the location of this hotel, not far from Termini station and about 10 minutes away from the main tourist attractions, makes it convenient for exploring the city.

During my Christmas stay, I found two key aspects of the hotel to be quite enjoyable. the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being spotless and well-maintained. As for the location, it was conveniently situated near major transportation hubs and popular tourist attractions, making it easy for me to explore the city without any hassle.

There was one aspect that slightly detracted from my experience. Unfortunately, there was an incident late at night where a fellow guest got locked out of their room and caused a disturbance on our floor.

The room was not very clean and there were some noticeable stains on the sheets and curtains. the shower did not have good water pressure, which made it difficult to rinse off properly.
